Is your clothing really stab- and slash-resistant?
Yes. All AMBOSS APPAREL® garments are lined with high-performance protective fabrics, designed to resist slashes, cuts, and stabbing motions. While no garment can make you invincible, ours significantly reduce the risk of injury in real-life scenarios.
Does it look like protective gear?
Not at all. Our clothing is designed to be discreet and stylish. Whether you wear a jacket, hoodie, or blazer, you’ll look sharp—and no one will know you’re wearing protection.
Who are your products for?
Our apparel is for anyone who values personal safety—from police officers and private security to civilians, commuters, travelers, and bodyguards.

Yes. Our products are designed to be layered with additional body armor or safety equipment when needed, making them ideal for both civilian and professional use.
📦 Ordering & Shipping
How can I contact AMBOSS APPAREL®?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Germany and the EU, with plans to expand globally. If you're located outside the EU, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped directly from our logistics partners in Asia, ensuring timely dispatch and flexible stock availability.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and an additional day for dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Due to demand and international logistics, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to resolve it quickly.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Prices shown are tax-free, which means you may be required to pay duties or VAT upon delivery, depending on your country. We are not responsible for customs fees or delays—please check with your local customs office if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing. If it ships, you can still return it once received.
🔁 Returns & Care
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Please contact info@ambossapparel.com to initiate a return.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@ambossapparel.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the return process.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
🧼 Garment Care & Sizing
How should I wash the garments?
Most items are machine washable at up to 40°C using non-biological detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Full care instructions come with each product.
What size should I order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We offer sizes from M to 4XL+, and our team is happy to help you find the right fit.
