Is your clothing really stab and cut resistant?
Yes. All AMBOSS APPAREL® garments are lined with high-performance protective materials that are resistant to cuts, blows, and stabbing movements. No garment makes you invulnerable, but ours significantly reduce the risk of injury in real-life situations.

Can you tell the clothing is protective?
Not at all. Our clothing is designed discreetly and stylishly. Whether it's a jacket, hoodie, or blazer – you'll look good, and no one will even notice you're wearing protective gear.

Who are your products intended for?
Our clothing is designed for everyone who cares about personal safety – from police officers and security guards to civilians , commuters , travelers, and bodyguards .

Are your products certified?
Yes. We use certified materials that meet internationally recognized safety standards:

  • EN 388:2016 Level E

  • ISO 13997 Level 5

  • ANSI/ISEA 2016 Level A5

Would you like to see test results? No problem – we stand for transparency.

Can I combine AMBOSS APPAREL® with other protective equipment?
Yes. Our products can be easily combined with additional protective gear or body armor—ideal for both professional and civilian use.

📦 Order & Shipping

How can I contact AMBOSS APPAREL®?
You can reach us anytime at info@ambossapparel.com . Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any questions, size selection, or ordering issues.

Do you also ship internationally?
We currently ship to Germany and the EU. Worldwide shipping is planned. If you live outside the EU, please contact us – we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where does it ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our logistics partners in Asia, ensuring flexible availability and fast processing.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus one additional day for shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Due to demand and international logistics, delivery times typically take 2–4 weeks . You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipment, you're entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us—we'll take care of it right away.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
The prices quoted do not include taxes . Depending on the destination country, customs duties or VAT may apply. We assume no responsibility for any customs fees or delays – please check with your local customs authorities.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard ) and PayPal .

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Processing usually begins after that. If your order is already on its way, you can return the goods after receiving them.

🔁 Return & Care

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with the original tags. Please email info@ambossapparel.com to begin the return process.

How do I return an item?
Send us an email with your order number to info@ambossapparel.com . We'll guide you through the return process.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the problem, and—if possible—photos. We'll work to resolve the issue quickly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.

🧼 Care & Sizing

How do I wash the clothes?
Most items are machine washable up to 40°C using a non-biological detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Detailed care instructions are included with each product.

Which size should I order?
You'll find a detailed size chart on every product page. We offer sizes from S to 3XL and are happy to help you find the right fit.
